Adam Johansson

Adam Johansson is a guitar player from the northern part of Sweden and practically grew up on stage, his dad rocking the piano with one hand and Adams's stroller with the other. A few years later, trying to fall asleep behind a guitar amp, Adam got the idea to start playing himself. 

His roots are in jazz and blues, but he instantly fell in love with traditional/folk music at the first encounter, many years ago. Since then he has been studying, playing, and teaching folk music, traveling all over Sweden, Europe, and the US.

Adams's musical expression is characterized by clarity, playfulness, and a strong personality. His convincing way of playing makes the most unusual ideas seem natural.
